Funny, but it’s Hard to Laugh

Really funny or sad rather

funny how a $10 looks so big when taken to mosque, but so small when taken to minimarket.

Funny how long it takes to serve Allah for an hours. But how quickly it takes to surfing on the internet, or when a team plays 45 minutes of football.

Funny how long of ours spent at the mosque to ‘tadarus’ seem, but how short they are when watching a movie

Funny how people can’t think of anything to say when they pray, but don’t have difficulty thinking of things to chit-chat to a friend.

Funny how people get thrilled when an artist is singing more songs in the concert, but complain when a ‘khutbah’ or ‘tarawih’ is longer than the regular time.

Funny how hard is it to read the translate of Qur’an in Bahasa Indonesia,  but how easy is it to read a hundred pages of a bestseller novel or magazine.

Funny how people want to get a front seat at any game or concert, but scramble to sit in the back of an ‘islm event’.

Funny how people need 2 or 3 days advance notice ti fit a muslim event into their schdule, but can adjust their schdule for other event at the last moment.

Funny how people believe what the newspapers says, but question what the Quran says sometimes.

Funny how every one wnts to go to heaven without think, work hard, or do anything to go there.

And the last funny is.. People send a thousand ;jokes; and they spread like wildfire, but when start sending messages regarding Allah, they think twice.
